BlueNest Group is an investment company that acquires, owns, and renovates affordable and workforce housing across the U.S. We are committed to delivering quality living spaces in major metropolitan and suburban markets.

mission

+
-

Our mission is to deliver exceptional value through high-quality, safe, and affordable workforce housing. We are committed to creating sustainable communities that foster economic and social growth.

By investing in areas most in need, we enhance lives and deliver stronger than expected returns for our investors. Our focus on long-term value ensures positive impacts for residents and strong performance for stakeholders.

What We Do

+
-

We focus on under performing, value-priced apartment communities that cater to residents earning $30,000 to $80,000 per year – the largest segment of rental housing demand.

Our approach involves acquiring and transforming apartment communities to fall under one or more of the following categories:

• Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

• Section 8 Housing Assistance Program (HAP) contracts.

• Subject to state or local affordability provisions.

• And others.

Civic Engagement

+
-

We take a holistic approach; our commitment goes beyond real estate. We are dedicated to supporting the well-being of our residents and communities by offering programs and activities that enhance their quality of life.

Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting positive impacts and foster vibrant, thriving communities where everyone can succeed.

Investment strategy

+
-

Our investment strategy focuses on acquiring, preserving, and revitalizing affordable, workforce, and value-oriented rental housing. We aim to address the growing demand for affordable housing in under served communities while generating stable and above average returns for our investors.

Successful investing is about
managing risk, not avoiding it.
